These terms and conditions are the contract between you and Hayley C Kamans trading as Elestration® (“us”, “we”, etc). By visiting or using Our Website, you agree to be bound by them. They protect your rights as well as ours.

Discount codes

1. Discount codes are valid for 12 months from date of issue. Unused values will not be refunded or attributed to any transactions after the expiry date.

2. Discount codes can be applied to more than one item and can be used against any product on our website.

3. Discount codes will be advertised on social media/website/newsletter when there is a promotion. 

4. Loyalty Discount codes will be sent to returning customers directly by email, or the returning customer may email and request one providing they have proof of previous order if a previous order cannot be located for any reason.

5. To use the discount code, the customer should enter and apply the code in the cart checkout page under "Enter a promo code" and it will automatically calculate a new total after you select "Apply".

6. Discount codes are for one use only and subject to availability.

7. Discount codes are not exchangeable for cash and is non-refundable.

8. Discount codes cannot be returned or refunded.

9. Discount codes must not be used in conjunction with any other promotional discounts.

10. Only one discount code can be applied to an order.

11. All promotions are subject to availability and while stocks last. We reserve the right to end a promotion at any time.

12. We shall not be liable for any financial loss arising out of the refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of any promotion or any failure or inability of a customer to take advantage of a promotion for any reason.
