Returns and refunds

If for any reason your not satisfied with your purchase, please do not hesitate to get in touch and let me know here


I am a massive perfectionist, as such I handle everything with the utmost care so that your item arrives exactly how it leaves my studio. I have no control over how the postal service handles your items after they leave my studio so if the item arrives damaged or faulty in any way through the postal service please let me know and I will be happy to replace the item or refund the item once it has been received back. If you place an order by mistake, please let me know as soon as possible and of course I will refund any monies paid by you in mistake.

If you receive a faulty or damaged item please let me know as soon as possible here within 5 days of arrival, and return this to me within 14 days in its original packaging (this excludes personalised items) and I will issue a full refund once the faulty item has been received and inspected, unless you specify that you would prefer an exchange, but please note I cannot refund shipping costs for your return. I am happy to exchange any item within 14 days with proof of purchase if there is another item of the same value.

Cancellation and refunds

This and the following paragraph apply if you buy as a consumer as defined in the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (the “Regulations”). Provided the Regulations apply to the transaction concerned, then the following terms apply to the contract.

  1. We now inform you that information relating to all aspects of our Goods is not in this document but in our marketing material, whether that is in the medium of Our Website or in hard copy.

  2. We will only refund your money subject to the following conditions below.

  3. I am a massive perfectionist, as such I handle everything with the utmost care so that your item arrives exactly how it leaves my studio. I do not issue refunds unless items are damaged or faulty, I have no control over how the postal service handles your items after they leave my studio so if the item arrives damaged or faulty in any way through the postal service please let me know and I will be happy to replace the item. 

  4. Please let me know as soon as possible within 5 days of arrival for a faulty or damaged item, and return this to me within 14 days in its original packaging for inspection (this excludes personalised items) and I will issue a full refund once the faulty or damaged item has been received.

  5. The following rules apply to cancellation or return of your order:

  6.  If you have placed an order by mistake or need to cancel please let me know as soon as possible within 24 hours of placing it and I will endeavour to refund any money paid in mistake from you the customer or visitor.
    1. Please let me know as soon as you place the order so I can cancel this before dispatching

    2. If you have ordered Goods, and you receive them from us and do not wish to keep it for any reason, you may cancel your order and return without giving a reason but you must inform me within 5 days of delivery, and return within 14 days of your order. You will have no obligation and we will return your money.You must follow the conditions below in order for us to accept your return;

    3. we must receive the Goods in original condition that they were received in which we can re-sell them at full price, in new condition, with labels and packaging intact.

    4. you comply with our procedure for returns and refunds which includes providing proof of purchase as we cannot return your money unless we know who sent them.

  7. If you have ordered Goods, but not received them from us for any reason, you may cancel your order at any time within 14 days of your order. You will have no obligation and we will return your money.

  8. I am happy to exchange any item within 14 days with proof of purchase if there is another item of the same value with the following conditions:

    1. you comply with our procedure for returns and refunds which includes providing proof of purchase as we cannot return your money unless we know who sent them.

    2. You must let us know you want to exchange an item within 5 days of delivery and ship it back within 14 days.

  9. we must receive the Goods you wish to exchange in original condition that they were received in which we can re-sell them at full price, in new condition, with labels and packaging intact.

  10. The option to refund or cancel your order is not available:

    1. if you purchase personalised items.

    2. Any Sale items

  11. You are responsible for the cost of returning the Goods. We have no obligation to refund to you, your cost of re-packing and returning the Goods.

  12. If you are unsure of the above terms or have any questions relating to your order please contact me as soon as possible so I can help you.

Liability for subsequent defects

  1. Please examine the Goods received from us immediately you receive them. If you do not tell us of any defect or problem within 5 days of receipt of the Goods, we shall assume that you have accepted them.

  2. The procedure to return the faulty Goods is as follows:

    1. the Goods must be returned to us as soon as any defect is discovered but not later than 14 days from receipt by you.

    2. before you return the Goods to us, please carefully inspect the item to discover the reason for the damage i.e postal service or mishandling.

    3. please follow the returns procedure provided on our website and above

  3. We will return your money subject to the following conditions:

    1. we receive the Goods with labels and packaging intact.

    2. you comply with our returns procedure. We cannot return your money unless we know who sent them with proof of purchase.

    3. you tell us clearly what is the fault you complain of, when it first became apparent, and other information to enable us to identify or reproduce it.

  4. If any defect is found, then we shall:

    1. repair or replace the Goods, or

    2. refund the full cost you have paid for the item but we cannot refund the cost for your return.

Liability for wrong information provided

If you do not provide correct address and details at the time of order, including your address, I will not be held liable for a refund or a replacement if you provided incomplete or wrong details.

Faulty goods returned

These provisions apply if you buy from us other than being a Consumer. The following rules apply to return the faulty Goods:

  1. We do not accept returns of faulty/damaged goods back unless there was a defect in the goods at the time of purchase, or it has been damaged during transit to you by the postal service, or we have agreed in correspondence that you may return them.

  2. The Goods must be returned to us as soon as any defect is discovered by informing me within 5 days of delivery and returning the item no later than 14 days.

  3. So far as possible, Goods should be returned:

    1. with both Goods and all packaging as far as possible in their original condition;

    2. securely wrapped;

    3. at your risk and cost.

  4. The procedure for return of Goods is set out on Our Website above. If you do not follow this procedure, we may be unable to identify you as the sender of the Goods.

  5. Please send us an email or include a note in the return package outlining the reason for return and the fault you have discovered for inspection.

  6. If we agree that the Goods are faulty, we will:

    1. refund the cost of return carriage;

    2. repair or replace the Goods as we choose.

  7. If we repair or replace the Goods, you have no additional claim against us either under this agreement or by statute or common law, in respect of the defect.
